About the artist
I am a woman who has been passionately creating art for over 70 years. Residing in Tacoma my wonderful husband and our amusing dog, I've traveled the world, gathering diverse styles and inspirations for my work.
Watercolor was my initial passion, which later expanded to include weaving, pottery and sculpture, adding texture to my creations. My artistic journey flourished further with theater design, where my art soulmate and I produced stunning sets that received their own standing ovations for over 25 years.
While traditional art has always thrived in my studio physical limitations have made my world a bit smaller. Nevertheless, my love for creativity remains strong, whether it's acrylics on canvas, bead, or Cricut decorations. The scent of paint and the sensation of a brush gliding across canvas continue to bring me immense, especially knowing that others appreciate my work too.
